Fostering students’ spiritual growth, Christian values, academic excellence, and purpose-driven development in partnership with families.
National honor society & National junior honor society
NHS (9th-12th Grade) & NJHS (7th-8th Grade)
The National Honor Society and the National Junior Honor Society are prestigious organizations that recognize well-rounded students who excel academically and display leadership, character, and a heart of service. Like NHS, NJHS is a distinctive multifaceted learning experience that provides a solid and meaningful foundation for life. Membership in the Lanham Christian chapter of the National Honor Society & National Junior Honor Society provides each individual the opportunity to grow spiritually, to take up the mantle of leadership within the LC student body, and to serve others both within and outside the LC community.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
Together We Thrive: Lanham Christian’s Inspiring Journey of Community Building!
Every year, Lanham Christian School (LCS) organizes three major Community Giving events, allowing our students and families to demonstrate the love of Jesus by serving those in need. These are some of the community giving events we have held in the past: providing Thanksgiving baskets and turkeys to families in need, packing and shipping Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes, purchasing and donating Christmas gifts such as toys and coats, volunteering at the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Sorting Facility, contributing to the Grace Church Food Pantry, and organizing performances by the Girls of Integrity at local retirement homes.
