What are your Policy & Procedures?
It is our goal that all our customers experience excellent customer service every time you shop with us.
All orders will only be processed Monday –Friday only, excluding all major USA holidays and Federal holidays. All orders placed before 5 pm will be processed the same day. All orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the next business day. All military base shipments may take up to 21 days due to customs and military handling. Due to the recent pandemic changes, please allow a possible 7-10 days for the shipping delay.

What is your Exchange Policy and Return Policy?
There are No Returns on any orders. All sales are final.
Products that are damaged from shipping will be replaced within 7-10 business days of the original notification of damage to the property a photo of damage must be attached along with the order number in the email to customer service.
