Senior Night Success & Fellowship!
This past Tuesday night was truly a night to remember for the Lanham Christian School soccer team. Not only did our team secure an exhilarating 5-3 victory over Riverdale Baptist, but we also had the incredible privilege of celebrating our seven amazing seniors and two outstanding managers who have been vital to our success both on and off the field.
Celebrating Our Seniors
We celebrated seniors Vincent Butler, Dominic Carr, Kyri Dicks, Nas Joy, Mike Lebby, Clooney Mbah, and Jamar Payen, along with managers Sydney Potts and Aaviahn Wood. Each of these individuals has left an indelible mark on our team, and we are beyond proud of all their accomplishments.
Fellowship at Cluster’s
After the game, the team, senior friends, and their families gathered for a special dinner at Cluster’s (formerly Cluck-U Chicken), located at 9426 Lanham Severn Rd, Lanham, MD 20706. The atmosphere was filled with joy and celebration as we shared stories, laughs, and great food. A huge shout-out to Cluster’s for their generous partnership and for providing our community with a discount on our meals! Truly 5 stars!!!
A Great Season
This season has been nothing short of remarkable for the Lanham Christian soccer team. After an 8-year drought without a win, we have proudly secured three victories this year against some strong opponents, showing just how far we’ve come as a team. Moments like this night remind us of the strength of our LCS family. Here’s to more victories, more fellowship, and many more unforgettable memories!
