Empowering Future Entrepreneurs: Inside the 2-Day Pitch Contest at Lanham Christian School
At Lanham Christian School, we believe students are Made for More—more impact, more purpose, and more leadership. That belief was on full display last week during our Christian Entrepreneur Class Pitch Contest, a two-day event that brought business education to life and put student innovation center stage.
Led by Mr. Akin Omotosho, a seasoned entrepreneur, business consultant, and co-owner of Increase Biz Now Marketing Agency, the entrepreneurship class has spent the semester learning how to transform ideas into viable business ventures—rooted in faith and built for the real world.
Real-World Experience. Real Business Leaders.
Over two days, students pitched their business concepts to a panel of successful local entrepreneurs who served as judges, mentors, and encouragers. These professionals brought years of experience in education, marketing, real estate, and youth entrepreneurship.
Day 1 Judges:

Each student was tasked with presenting a compelling business pitch—complete with branding, customer problem solving, and monetization strategies. The students impressed the judges with their creativity, professionalism, and poise under pressure.
